The Elevator

We’re proud to bring you an escape room tied to the local history of Bellingham…

The roaring 20’s have come to an end and Bellingham welcomes the 30’s with its tallest hotel yet! A wonder of modern architecture, the Bellingham Hotel towers above downtown Bellingham at 15 stories and contains two high speed Otis elevators.

You sneak aboard one of them before the hotel’s grand opening to have some fun in this new benchmark of vertical travel—only to realize the final testing has not not been completed! Can you work the bugs out of the elevator and return to the ground floor? Or will you crash from 15 floors above?!

Experience includes the use of special effects fog and hand tools. This room requires at least one member of the party being comfortable working overhead from a step stool and working the floor. Due to this the room itself is wheelchair accessible, but not all puzzles are.
