Here’s a few things to know before you arrive…
so you don’t facepalm after getting here

Booking Time & Date:
Please check your inbox and verify that the time and date of your booking is the one you intended.
If you accidently chose the wrong slot, simply reply to this email with the correct time and date and we’ll see if we can move it.
Please note that while we are not responsible for incorrectly placed bookings and not required to refund your deposit,
we will work with you as best as we can because, you know…we want you to come see us and have fun!
Waivers:
Waivers must be signed by all players before beginning your group's game.
(No waiver, no entry)
Send the link below or forward your confirmation email to the other members of your party.
PLEASE NOTE: using the same email for multiple waivers could result in only one waiver showing up in our system.
Be sure each person uses their OWN VALID email to avoid having to fill it out again during your check-in.
Minors must have a parent/adult sign their waiver, or be added to the waiver of an attending adult.

Balance Due:
The balance due after paying your deposit during checkout will be collected by
your Game Master or Tour Guide after your booking has been completed.

Parking:

We have 4 designated on site parking spots that are free of charge.
They're on the side with the hedges, and are spaces 10-13.
There's also one handicap spot, space 1, against the building.
Our parking lot is right off of Bay St, next to our building.

You can try the onsite hotel parking, but it may be full.
Additional paid parking can be found on the street and the Commercial Street Garage
which is only a 5 minute walk from the Hotel Leo.

Due to the limited parking in the downtown area, your group may want to carpool.
Arrival Time:
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booking.
This will give your group time to gather in our lobby until your Game Master greets you.
This also gives you time to use our restrooms and store your items in our lockers.
For the satisfaction and safety of our guests, the booking times are carefully planned to include
resetting and cleaning the rooms between each game in time for the next group.
If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your booking.
Meaning, your booking end time will not change and you’ll have less time to solve the room.
What to Bring:
You and your friends.
You can also bring a closed container of water into our rooms if you like.
All other food and drink are prohibited within our rooms to minimize damage.
Everything you need to solve our rooms is within the rooms.
Adding Additional People to Your Booking
Escape Rooms:
If your initial booking did not fill the capacity listed for your room, you may add additional people up to the maximum capacity when you arrive.
No need to modify your booking. They can simply show up with the rest of your group and pay in person before your booking starts.
NOTE: They will need a credit card as we do not accept cash payments.
